Excursion to the military memorial cemetery in Rossoshka
The cemetery is located on the site of two villages called Rossoski, which were completely destroyed during the Battle of Stalingrad. Here is a unique military memorial cemetery, where more than 80,000 people are buried. The cemetery is divided by the road into two parts: the Soviet graves are on one side, and the graves of the Germans, Romanians, and Austrians are on the other. In 2016 on the territory of the German cemetery the Chapel of Peace was built.
